Cambodia oil

Within this article, it talks about how Cambodia has found oil and gas offshore in 2005 and it is expected to start production by the end of this year. I found this article interesting (although it was a small article) because I always have this image of Cambodia as a very poor poor country but this builds my image of Cambodia in which it coming from a poor state to a more civilized state.
