China's rise doesn't have to come at America's expense

This articles talks about the new and upcoming China. It argues that China is no longer going to be the cheap China that we are all familiar with. It is emerging into a well educated society dominated by a growing knowledge in science and engineering. He argues that this doesn't have to be a America's expense; that we can keep up with them as they are growing in these areas.

  1. I like this concept of thinking; too many people feel free trade is a threat and expanding economies in other nations has a negative impact on our economy. With the contributions in the advancement of technology and increased efficiency in manufacturing it can be mutually beneficial.
