Mr. Kent has faith in Thailand and the Coca-cola market. He grew up in Thailand for about 3 years when he was really young but he recognizes that Coke has the highest market share in Thai markets and that the more of the product is available to the middle class the higher the products use will increase in that country. There should be a large increase in the the number of coke products consumed in Thailand, especially as more investment takes place and it becomes more readily available and demanded by the population in Thailand. This American company has to have its mark in every country!

Coca-cola is a very competitive company and it is true that it has to have its mark in every country, especially where the demand is increasing. Perhaps, someday like it's main competitor PEPSI in South American, when someone in Asia reaches for a carbonated beverage it doesn't matter what type it is "Coke" is what is requested. They could do it. ~Chet Matsuura
ReplyDeleteThat is interesting that coke is the product that is so popular.
